IUDs are only for women in monogamous relationships with a single man. Having one in increases the rate of transmission for STDs. So that's bad there. However, there's nothing medically wrong with having sex with two men on alternating days, as long as you take proper health precautions. There's a bit of a squick factor with the idea of there being two different men's semen inside at once, but it's not my situation so not my concern. I think a better option would be to switch to a non-IUD method of birth control that won't increase the risk of infection. Personally, I'd make those guys wear condoms as extra protection.
And ethically: it's best if the boyfriends know about each other's existence and don't mind at the very least.

yes it is ok:) there is noting wrong about it, but important thing is to do monthly check on your health. for STD, but this i would recommend to everyone as you are never sure if your second part has not sexual contact with other people, and anyway you do not need to have sex to get STD, but as long as you are sure you have multiple partners, you should have check for STD and AIDS at least once a year, (as for example aids can be unactive up to one year after infection what means that you will not be able to spot it)
everyone who thinks its sick or not good to have more than one sexual partner is in my opinion wrong, as this is normal and good,
not many woman realizes how many of their boyfriends cheats on them, unfortunatelly many women thinks that this that you do not cheat that your bf do not cheat too,
also i know that you might be not cheating on them, anyway cheating is only when you are in marriege, or when you promise to have sex only with the ONE, till then there is no cheating.
just do what you like ;)
even though i know alot about STD and AIDS it would not stop me from multiple partners, at all you can die crossin the road etc. so why waste life worring, if you catch STD you just can be cured. it is only good to know what are STDs
here you can find some more info about STDs

Ouch. nicely at the initiating, i recognize it does no longer help yet you should no longer have allowed your husband to sleep with some different person...now to not prepare your reliable chum. It also does no longer help that you've your chum residing there with you. that is like reopening a wound anytime you spot her. i could strongly advise attempting to 'nicely' hit upon a way for her to leave your position. yet another ingredient i could recommend is making an attempt to confirm out why you now no longer favor to have sex/lack a sexchronic. i recognize there are distinct herbs and supplements that could certainly boost one's sexchronic (like Maca root), confer inclusive of your wellbeing care professional about different possibilities too. sex is an major element of a relationship and also you and your husband should be intimate with one yet another. also talk with him, what can both honestly one of you do with the intention to set the mood. per chance both honestly one of you're able to have a romantic evening merely both of you? surely I do imagine it is going to be a mission to get over him drowsing with some different person, you could want to also search for suggestion from a therapist and really evaluate in case you'd be with him in this marriage, because it sounds like you've been detatched in the previous he had sex inclusive of your chum.
