As you lose weight, your breasts will get smaller. Breasts are mostly fat.

However, you do have a natural breast size that you can't control. When you reach your goal weight, you will have to decide if you're satisfied with your breast size or not. If you really want them to be smaller, you can undergo breast reduction surgery.

Really, there is no exercise that will cause you to lose weight specifically in your breasts. Chest/pectoral exercises only build muscle, which will make them more pert and perky, which is nice. But exercising a muscle does NOT cause you to lose weight around or above that muscle. Sorry.

any type of exercise that works the chest muscles will help you to loose the fat. Just work the muscles to help reduce the fat content in your breasts. Also by doing this-your chest muscles will increase in size and will help to tighten the skin which will allow you to have firmer breasts.

Any way you can control the amount of fat intake will help reduce breast size. Breasts are simply fat deposits.
