probably height, weight, blood pressure, maybe blood work, if you are over 13 you may get a pap smear (pelvic exam). Best to do is call the doctors office and ask them.

My 11 yr old daughter just had a sports physical and it's nothing to be scared about. They will weigh you, see how tall you are, and just the basics of what happens any time you go to the doctor. They will ask you some questions about your health, family history, things like that.
Don't worry, it won't take long and it will all be over with!! Good Luck!

I have had many, they will check how your heart sounds, breathing (listen to your lungs) check your blood pressure, ask alot of questions about you last period, if your sexually active, more questions. Take your heart rate then you will run in place for a minute or two and they take it again. Check your site (read from a chart across the room). Most are very simple, they don't usually make you undress (unless you are a boy then they check your testicles). Some give urine tests, not all.

It is nothing to get excited about, you will be fine. Relax

Oh, i play highschool sports.. trust me, no worries, they take weight, reg stuff. you don't get touched anywhere weird. NO WORRIES, they just ask you for health info, like allergies and stupid stuff like that. Don't worry, the most you have to do is pee in a cup.. ;D good luck.

ive only had an exam im not sure if theyre the same but it wasnt as bad as i expected... but it was uncomfortable you know cuz you got someone looking at you that youve never met but usually you can tell that they take it as a profession not anything sexual

It should be pretty similar to regular physicals with more testing of your bones & joints (asking questions about injuries). Probably no pelvic exam and probably no breast exam.

Don't worry, all they pretty much do is check your blood pressure, heart rate, things like that. They also listen to see if you have any heart murmurs and just basically check if you can like touch our toes and things like that. It's totally non-evasive. Don't worry at all about it!

As long as you don't get one who starts probing around thinking he is a gynecologist, you should be all set. They just make sure that your reflexes are good and that you don't have any noticeable problems.
