I haven't had my period since May 1st and had multiple pregnancy tests done and a doctor checked me and told me I wasn't. I'm still late and I just called my gyno and he told me to take one more test and if it comes out negative, to start my birth control pills Sunday. Is it safe to start that without having a period? And why take it if no period? Does it make it come on?

My friend is lazy. She doesn't want to be. She tries to do things. But she always finds her self sitting down, not always in front of the T.V. , sometimes out side. She knows that she has things to do but she says that she is always tired or sleepy. She just found out that she has thyroid disease about 6 months ago and has been on meds since. She has been working out but that is hard for her to stick to. Although she has lost 25 lbs. I want to know what to do to help her. What can she do. Is there a diet pill that will give her extra energy without making her wired. She works and goes to college so I think that she just wants to sit down and relax when ever she can. What can she do? Please no mean answers.

Can anyone tell me the best way to get rid of blackheads? I am 29 years old and have a lot of blackheads. I have tried noxema which used to work now doesnt. Does anyone know what I can use at my age to get rid of them?

Why I havent started my period.... I will explain, I took a pregnancy test and it said negitive and I still havent got my period it is like a week late, and my periods have gotten pretty predictable. All my life they have been erratic but I am not sure. I have been having se* like 2 times a day for the last 2 weeks, yes with the same person.. and I am thinking this may be part of it.. I just started my period yesterday, and i have constant cramps, im feeling really uncomfortable, and i have a constant blood flow. I just wanted to know, can i expect all this for my future periods, or is it just because it's my first one? And how bad will my future periods be? i havent even had it for a full day now, and i cant take it anymore! Also, are tampons more comfortable than pads? Im obviously new to this, and i need all the help and information i can get. Thanks.
