whenever i get my period i always get these like jello like peices coming out of me and i dont know what it is is this normal?

It's the lining of your uterus. When a women has her period she sheds the lining of her uterus and bleeds, all it is is some tissue fluffing off. It's perfectly normal, I get it too!

They're just little clots of blood. Drink plenty of water and get light exercise and they should thin out.

It's nothing to be alarmed about...perfectly normal.

When you're bleeding, your uterus is shedding its lining. Those pieces are chunks of the lining.

that is a blood clot it that is very normal i have then all the time they can get big as a purse so that is very normal

sumtime it is normal to cloth but check it out wit the doctor.
