Your best bet is Weight Watchers. Been there done that. I was 70 pounds overweight. I've kept if off for 15 years. It's the easiest to follow along with exercise, (walking or swimming). Very easy to incorporate if you have a family to cook for. LOVE IT and I still follow it today.

I'm on weight watchers. I've lost 25 lbs so far. I have about 40 more to go. I've been averaging 1 lb per week, which is what they say is safe, slow, but safe. Sometimes it does get very difficult. One day at a time. This is a new lifestyle. You can't just lose the weight & go back to your old habits. Everything has to change. Try weight watchers & exercise. Cardio & weight training would be the best. 3 days of cardio and 3 days of weight training, do every other day so you aren't lifting weights 2 days in a row. Your muscles need time to rest. If you can't afford to do a weightloss plan, cut the fat & sugar in your diet and eat smaller portions.
