well i used pads for the 1st few periods i had (i think everyone starts out w/ them) b/c i was scarred to use a tampon but then i got over it and WOW.. tampons are soo much more comfortable.. you cant even feel them if it's in right =) Good Luck!

Pads have always worn them and always will I have tried tampons but am not a huge fan of them. Give me my stayfree long maxis and I'm happy. No accidents in my expensive panties.I have worn pads since I was 12 years old and I am now 42 and never has a pad felt like I was wearing a diaper of felt like I was sitting in my own blood. Plus the new pads have an odor neutralizer on them.

Tampons. They are so comfortable and they protect better than pads. I don't like the feeling when you sit down.EWW! Everyone is different though.

Use pads, there are some very thin small ones that are excellent. With tampons the cancer rate for women shoots up, read up on it and you will wonder why anyone uses them.

Tampons are so much more comfortable. You don't even notice it's there. Pads make you constantly aware of your period the entire time you have it. Never been a fan of wearing diapers.

Tampons because you are not sitting in your own blood, and I think you can an Oder when you wear pads.

I prefer pads, when i did have my period, cause i am 4 months pregant now, but some females do not like them, cause it gives a since of feeling of wearing diapers, although tampons can cause toxic shock sydrome or pid.

I prefer pads cause tampons can cause a disease some people say they can and some say they can't, so that's why i don't use them beacuse i don't want to take that risk.

Tampons all the way! Even though I don't need them anymore they are the best! Don't forget to use a panty liner with them though, just incase!
