Women's Health - July 2006

I've known women who had bad first experiences with their period.
I've also known women who had really great first experiences with their period such as a red party with red gifts to celebrate their blood flow and their bodies. To not be ashamed what many people have called "the curse" and to celebrate the rest of their lives with this "gift."

ok well i'm 13 years old. i'm about to start high school and they have swimming pool there and they said that sometimes we have to swim instead of PE. what if i have my period on that day? what do i do?! i don't use tampons becuase i'm scared.

I've seriously been thinking about getting a breast reduction. Before having kids, I was at a 36C, after having 2 kids, I'm at a 40DD. I'm starting to have problems with my back that I think may be associated with my breasts. My question is, do most insurance policies cover a breast reduction or could I possibly have to pay out of pocket? I'm short, only 5'1'' and I feel like my breasts are weighing me down.

they treat me like i am anerexic! and to tell u the truth i eat like a pig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i never gain any pounds!!! i gained that 7pounds when i went bike riding everyday! im guessing that is muscle!! please dont make fun of me cuz i already get enough of it at school! is something wrong with me!

my moms are small....my moms moms were big
my dads moms are huge!
everyodys thats a gurl in my family are huge but just not my moms!

P.S. i get mostly everything from my dads mom!!

and my cousin has huge boobs..and we look alike!! and shes 16!
