Sprite has no caffeine. I am on lithium carbonate and I drink coffee every day, plus even tea sometimes. You'll be fine. If you are on a larger dose, there might be a waning because you could strain your liver and kidneys.I am 150 lbs, 5'8", and on 300 mg a day.

Yeah sprites ok to drink, all sodas have caffeine in them unless they are caffeine free, lol. To much caffeine is bad so make sure to drink lots more water thatn you do sprite. Soadas just dehidrate you more and caffeine can make you gain weight. One a day is ok, just make sure you get more water than soda. X_X

I take Lithium and wasn't told to stay off caffiene. It may be that you are manic and the caffiene makes you more hyper. Sprite doesn't have caffiene. You can also drink orange and grape sodas too.

If you live in Canada, all products with caffeine will be listed on the product ingredients label - even coke and mug rootbeer (A & W is caffeine free - hurray!!)

If you live in the US, I'm not sure about your labelling laws - hang on a second, and I'll check my fridge. . .

Nope - no caffeine in sprite! Slurp away!
