First its the mood swings. One minute you feel great and then someone says something and we usually take it the wrong way. It hurts our feelings so bad and we are extremely emotional about it. The cramps hurt like crazy. Sometimes you cannot even move because they hurt sooo bad. It's like someone is taking a knife a jabbing you with it in that area. The girl is always self conscious (worse than usual). Its just utter hell.

Some women experience cramps. sometimes the cramps are severe and sometimes they are very mild. Some women flow heavily for the first couple of days and other women flow lightly. Some womens period last 5-7 days others may only last 3 days (like mine). Different women have different experiences.

icky panties?! ..seriously I don't have 'em anymore, but when I did I was a witch from hell.. the high estrogen did it to me. I pick fights (especially with a 'loved one'.. ) and I always had the weirdest sensation I knew I was doing something wrong, but I'll be damned if I could stop myself! I found out about the PMS thing belatedly (I fit it to a T) and that kind of explained my first divorce! lol. Nice ya asked about wht we go through tho...

Anger, aggravation, soreness, pain.....PAIN!!!
CRAMPS! Bloating...Horniness (Sometimes)
Sweets...and lots of different emotions, but mostly ANGER.
Oh yeah, did I forget to mention the pain?!?

I've been told after having a baby the cramps/pain isn't that bad anymore. Honestly, I feel like I've been kicked in the crotch multiple times. It's soo sore that it throbs & I can barely walk. It hurts to even think about anything going near it.

Flushing of the old ovaries that were not turned into zygotes from fertilization.

I think the mate, (male) goes through more symptoms than the women.
