Definately speak with your doctor, but don't just look to the traditional avenues of investigation.

I don't mean talk to a herbalist. But next time you're in to see the optometrist, ask him to have a look and see if something's out of place.

8 years ago I was having migraines, and it was my optometrist who noticed that my optical plates (the place where the optic nerve joins the retina) were enlarged. I went down the chain of referrals fairly rapidly, and was in for an 'accellerated' CT scan three days later. And in for brain surgery to remove an abcess a week after that.

The body is a system, and sometimes a tingle in one place can mean problems somewhere else, so mention it to any other specalists you see and one of them may come up with the solution that cures your migraines (or in my case, saves your life)

First, talk to your doctor about this. I have migraines that take my eye sight away for 30 minutes or more. I use to have painful pounding, but now there is either no pain, or a very cold feeling. I am totally drained afterward. The doctor gave me caffeine pills, but I have found just drinking 2 cups of coffee daily will sometimes help. I also heard eating bananas help..

Have you ever tried botox? Ask your doctor, sometimes they inject botox right around the problem area. It almost always takes the pain away immediately.
