That is very much not true. If your bra is too tight it will simply be uncomfortable. Just like shoes, when your feet grew your shoes needed replaced. Boobs are somewhat similar in fashion. You can't stop them however though you can partially gauge what you will look like. Take a look at the women in your family. If they are large bosomed there is a better chance that you also will be that way. The same can be said with small chested women. However take this with a grain of salt - there are always recessed genes that may appear out of no where. If your family is not so endowed you may pick up a gene from your great-grandma who was endowed and then it appear in you. But don't believe everything you hear as rumor. If it sounds untrue - it probably is.

Not true, but you could end up with painful problems, and wearing a bra too small -all the time- can make your breasts sag apparently.
Besides, I can remember buying a bra a cup size too small, and they were squeezing out of it. I looks awkward under a top and feels so uncomfortable, so try not to put yourself through that!
