I had sex 2-3 days ago, I was up on my knees and he was behind me. When he first entered i felt slight pain and that was it. After we were done i noticed some bright red blood on the condom from me. The next morning in the shower i had a dark blot clot about the size of a silver dollar come out of me. I have had a dark brown discharge (no ordor) since the following morning, enough where i have to wear a panty liner. I also have had lower abdomen pains on and off through out the day and more intense pains when i am laying down in bed. They feel like menstrual cramps. But I just had my period about a week and a half ago. Also this is the first time i have had sex in about six months and it was with my boyfriend, no one new. My boyfriend is quite long is it possible he could have tore something? please help!

Mine would be the time I flooded so badly at school (jr High) that I had to have my pants washed in the home Ec washer and dryer and them they were so tight I could barely get them on!! I sat in the office while they were washing and drying. Yikes.

16, i got treatment the first time and right after follow by another and another then it start smelling, itching and uncomfortable. i started having sex at 17 i gave the person infection too once again i got treatment one after another then at 18 i got an STI i was treated. then the yeast kept coming and coming i seen so many doctors each time i treat it comes back. then i met the love of my life at 18 also i gave him the infection he is a very understanding person that wasnt a problem to him, we did blood test and are free of any kind of disease, but i just still keep having these infections. 12 times a year i have to use canestens and antibiotics but it just still keep coming please i need help and advice of what i can do about my situation. we are now in the 6 year of our relationship and are both faith.

I am 49, more than a tad overweight (5'3"-- 160 lbs), exercise 3 days a week on average, eat reasonably healthly, ex-smoker (12 years but gave up 18 years ago), drink alcohol daily (2-3 glasses of wine).

I am also unsure sure whether I am peri/post-menopausal (just 3 months to-date).

Thoughts please?

sometimes i feel like i dont even deserve to be alive because i am fat. thats how people make me feel. ill be honest i havent tried many diets because i eat pretty well but i have thyroid disease which slows your metabolism, making it harder to lose weight. i COULD lose weight if i starved myself and worked out like crazy but im a new mom and work full time so i really need help and motivation. i dont want to hear ANY negative comments. i'll report you to yahoo and youll be kicked off. im asking for help. im practically desperate. i feel so unhealthy. but seriously, i go to doctors, and my blood pressure, etc are always perfect so they never seem to care to help me. no one in my family wants to help. this is seriously the one thing in my life that i majorly and desperate for help with. does anyone care? IM WILLING TO WORK HARD! i just need support! and i dont have that right now..
