From a guy's point of view, here is how I have made several women squirt:

Massage their g-spot by inserting your two middle fingers and having your pinky and index finger pointing downwards outside the vagina, ala Spiderman web hand.

Use your two middle finger to massage the upper wall of the vagina using a "come here" motion with those two fingers. After "warming her up", you may have to increase the speed of this motion considerable to get her to squirt. It may take some practice.

I've also had success performing fellatio on my back with the women straddling my face using my index and middle finger from underneath and a lot of speed and force.

It's actually considered female ejaculation. Here is a website that may help you or your partner: http://www.drsusanblock.com/editorial/squirting/squirtingindex.htm
If you are in the market for an excellent g-spot accessory (called g-wiz) go to: http://www.toyz4us.com

Body fluid releases are a natural response, not a learned reaction.

Eww. I don't think that is a learned technique. It just happens. Still, eww.
