I don't want to throw away these new lenses, but I am out of solution, can't get any until the morning, and I can't sleep in them or stay up all night. The only other solution I have is eye drops for dry eyes, and it says to take out contacts before using.

Without the use of caffeine.

I think sleeping is a waste of time, but if I sleep less than 8 hours, I feel tired for the day and can't function properly.
I've tried sleeping for 6 hours at night, and taking small naps throughout the day.
Seems to be working ok - but I can't stay awake between when I first wake up and my first nap.

I took a million tests and they al said i was depressed. I dont want to tell my mom becauses she has enough stress with the divorce. Life has been really bad and now i have a chance to fufill my dream of being in a band but i cant belt out a song like i use to! I love singing and i know how to do it because ithey all herd me belt out "Lithium" by Evanescence. I can sing. but if i dont turn off the shyness im going to be kicked out of the band. I'm starting to heal but today its all comming back. I need help. How can i be ok again? SHould i tell the band everything thats happened to me so they can understand? I'm really confused and right now im thinking about it too much and crying my brains out. Please someone tell em how to get rid of this. (im not suicideal. I love to be alive thank you very much)

Hi. I was diagnosed with a upper respiratory chest infection on thursday & I'm taking Cefelaxin antibiotics because GP suspected it was bacterial & not viral. For 6 days now I've been vomiting up mucus. I'm one of them rare people who rarely vomit so this is unusual for me & its very uncomfortable. I've vomited up a load of mucus about 6/7 times today & prior to it happening I have a very bad coughing episode. What causes this? Anything I can take to stop it or get it all up? Thank you!

I know this may sound stupid to some people that wear glasses, but I got my glasses yesterday. I am nearsighted and every time I put them on, I get a headache. Not a really bad one, but I get one. Is this normal? If so, when will it stop? Also, how do I get used to it pushing my ears out and poking my nose?

A friend of mine has a female doctor who has written him a prescription that calls for him to have sex with her once a week. Says it would be beneficial to his health by reducing stress and lowering his blood pressure. Is there any truth in that? Sounds a little fishy to me.

My boyfriend's feet are outrageously smelly... They smell like vomit even after they have just been washed and dried! His mom says it has been a problem his whole life... His socks get crusty even after just one wear!! He cant keep a pair of shoes that smell decent and I know it is incredibly embarrassing for him. He has tried just about everything! Are there any home remedies that *really* work or any medicine?? They don't itch so its not athletes foot!

Hi helpers! This is kinda worrying me to the point of panic attacks. My girlfriend was raped 6 years ago, and again 2 years ago.

During sexual intercourse, she has a pain like period pains, in the same place as period pains. I really really really want to know what this could be, as we are both extremely worried.

Please answer this in a mature manner. I'm not asking this to be disgusting, I need an answer.
I've noticed lately that my waste is more of a yellow than a brown. It's also not quite solid; it's not diarrhea, but it's not how my waste normally looks. Is this normal?
I take about 100 milligrams of zoloft everyday. Could this be affecting it?

Especially when their IQ's are the equivelant of a 9 year old child's and below? When the female is still menstruating? You wouldn't want your 6 year old child having sex (abuse) AND probably enjoying it, I know I certainly wouldn't.

my mother scratched up my glasses and sent them away for a week to get fixed.
my contacts have been scraching my eyes and i dont know why and i am down to my last pair and guess what! i have to either wear them for the next week and completely destroy my eyes or go blind... which should i choose? and oh by the way im stlil in school so pretty much im screwed. about two weeks ago i was sick too and then it FINALLY went away, and then i was at a basketball game cheering and all the sudden some flem came up and now i have a horrible cough and flem keeps coming up and my throat burns and my chest hurts a little too...what could this be? a chest cold? im not really sure
