What's inside those pupil dilation drops used at the eye doctor? How does that substance work in expanding them? Is it in any way narcotic?

THEY ARE USED TO LOOK FOR DISEASES OF YOUR EYES THE EYE DROPS DILATE YOUR PUPILS FOR A LIL WHILE IT MAKES YOUR EYES SO THE DOCTOR CAN CHECK FOR EYE DISEASES ..THEY ARE NO NARCOTIC
