i was given a small white pill that says MYLAN 457, similar looking to 5 mg valium, but white. does anyone know what it is?

The pill labelled Mylan 457 is the generic version of Ativan (generic is from Mylan Pharmaceuticals, aka Lorazepam). See the website...http://www.mylanpharms.com/product_guide/. Caution it may be addictive! It's mainly an anti-anxiety drug, but you can look it up on any search engine by either name.

they are one milligram lorazaepam, which is the generic version of ativan. Basically its like xanax or valium, a described "mild sedative" trhat is used to treat anxiety, insomnia and sometimes seizures. hope that helps!
