I took 2 percocets tuesday at about 12:30 pm and have a surprise urine test thursday late afternoon..am I going to pass ..what should I drink besides lots of water? Please answer honest questions..Ive been clean for 3 years and had a major earache and had to take something..I hope someone can help me!

I get canker sores fairly often. Right now, I have a huge one on my tonsils and I can barely eat! I use the Peroxyl mouth rinse, but does any know of any medicines I can put directly on the sore? Most of the medicines I have seen just numb it, but I want something to clean it out and help it heal!!

I have to wake up around 4:45 ish for my job and my boss is getting suspicious of how many traffic jams I seem to run into. 4:45AM where I live is still dark. Do you have any suggestions on how I can reliably and comfortably wake up this early? I'd prefer not to have the radio suddenly blast on at max volume.
