Hi, check if you also have fever, if you smoke, stop smoking. Have you tried some antbiotics, make sure you are not allergic, also find out the sources, like if youa re allergic to sth which is recently appers around you, or somebody has same symptoms. Finally, yes you should go to check with the doctor, dry cough and chest pain might due to tuberculosis. Hope this helps.

I would go...you don't want to end up with pnumonia. With the holidays coming too you don't want to feel bad when you deal with crazy family members.
