I don't have a cold or anything, but when it's really quiet my ears ring and it's kind of annoying. I can hear it the most when I'm about to fall asleep. I fall asleep fine and everything though. Anyone know what causes this and how I can stop it?

I know the standard advice is that a person needs 7 hours or so of sleep per night, but what happens in the long term if this isn't possible? Say if someone only gets five hours of sleep on average a night for years because they have a busy life/career? What happens in this situatiion, Does the body ever adapt to a shorter sleep period?

I've been feeling really tired and having this really bad headache for the past 2 days. I took a shower this afternoon and I saw 2 little red watery dots that look like 2 little blisters show up... They spread all over my face, my arms, my body and my legs now.

My eyes are blurry, watery and itch so freaking bad. My scalp itches like crazy...

My mom thinks that I have chicken pox, which I'm not sure whether it is true because I thought I had it when I was a chikd, but both of us werent sure.

Is there anything I can do to the little dots thing? They really really bother me. I'm still in college and have lots of works due in 2 days and can't afford to be resting just yet! :(

With all the hard choices in life, why is so difficult to judge a simple bodily function? I'd simply just wear Black boxers - easy, but I like to keep my GF happy with what she likes - me in White Boxers!

I clean mine both at the same time. Feels more pleasurable that way. Aaaah, the joys of cleaning your ears... ^_^

BTW, I just discovered that Americans and Canadians call cotton buds Q-Tips... Interesting... It's always Band Aids, not plasters, huh? =)

I've been taking cymbalta for nueropathy, not depression. I liked it when I was taking 30 mg a day for the first 2 weeks. But after starting the 60 mg a day I began to experience dizziness as a side effect. It's slowly gotten better, but every once in awhile it hits me again. It's now been a month and I still get it every once in awhile. Is there anyone else who has had similar experiences or other side effects? If so what are were/or are they? How long did they last? Has it effected your sleeping habits? What about your attention span?
I would like to hear from others who have experience with this prescription.
Thank you :)
