You can get a washcloth and put warm water on it. Then go lay down and lay the cloth over your eyes for about 2-3 minutes. That should do.
Hope I could help. Good Luck!!!

take a thin washclothe or dishtowel and moisten it, but it in the freezer for about 5 minutes (until it's just alittle bit frozen) and put it on your eyes. It will help with the swelling, but not the redness. You'd need visine for that.

Go into the bathroom, take a bit of toilet paper and wet it, and then just gently apply to your eyes. It doesn't have to be a specific time period, just close your eyelids and gently wash over them.
