Is there a negative affect to my hours of sleep? Should I be getting more than 10 hours per day?

Okay, I don't want a little stupid you shouldn't be smoking or anything like that, okay. I just want my answers, I don't care what you think or anything else. I just don't want to hear it. I just want my questions answered. Yes, I already know you can get and cancer and die and blah blah blah. Don't wanna hear it, Just answer my questions PLEASE!

What happens if your caught with cigarettes and your underage?

I know at least where I live if your caught with a lighter and your underage its illegal, What happens if your caught with a lighter?

If you have tried melatonin to help you to sleep, can I ask do any of you feel tired and sleepy the next day? Even when you have 8 hours of sleep?

I have been feeling tired and sleepy, but I had been eating melatonin daily, and had at least 8 hours of sleep.

Really want to know what is causing it. So asking around if it could be because of taking melatonin?

My 27 yr old son was told he has acid reflux. So he has been taking Nexium for a year now. This "once a day" pill, is how it's advertised, but he takes 2 a day, (per doctor's approval). He still has problems. So is it reallly acid reflux, or something else? I am really getting concerned, but his doctor's just say the
same thing when he goes to see them. Anyone else have this experience, or suggestions? Appreciate your input

a couple of days ago my back started hurting me and it has gotten progressively worse... i can't think of anything i did to it but it's gotten so bad that i can't bend at all and the smallest movement sends sharp pains up and down my spine... i don't think it's a sprain i have sprained my back before and this feels different... but i have to work tomorrow and i work with kids... i don't have time to go to a doctor or anything and icepacks aren't helping... what should i do???


oh, yeah, the only other time i have had a serious problem with my back was a couple of years ago at vbs when a child slammed his fist down right near my spinal cord... could that have anything to do with it? it's been so long ago but i can't think of anything else that could have possibly caused this pain....

what a night!My grandchild came over and got into a med bottle of Tramadol 50MG.He handed me a wet pill,anyway we made him throw up took him straight to the ER.I feel really bad this happened, i know this was my fault,i forgot the pills were in my purse.Heres my question,we were there within 20 mins ,we signed in and sat for two and a half hours without seeing anyone!He was very active in waiting room,but still should'nt they have taken blood as soon as we got there?I called posion control in the waiting room ,so after three hours without seeing anyone and he was fine,we left.Posion control said if he was awake and active just watch him for 6 hours,which is what we are doing.Im sure he spit it out but it worries me that we did'nt get a blood level,but was'nt the point moot after three hours?!

I've tried a lot of earplugs, and most of them hurt my ears when I try to sleep with them in my ears because they're too big. They either fall out of my ear at night, or I wake up with an earache. Please help because I'm tired of hearing snoring every night

I have long hair and I do not use a hairdryer after washing it, I just let it dry naturally. I usually stay inside while it dries, and the temperature in my house is 20-24ºC. I avoid going outside with wet hair unless it's in the summer. Is this in any way bad for my health?

I am a 32 year old male. I get up at 4:30am and after I shower and get dressed I brush my teeth. The strange thing is that it makes me gag and I have actually vomitted because of it. Now the stranger thing is, that when I sleep in later on the weekends, it doesn't have this affect. Why? I know this is weird, but has anyone ever heard of this or experienced it.

I am a tomboy kind of girl and my friend is this "by the book" kinda girl and we are TOTALLY different! its bad tho cuz we ALWAYS get into fights and its so stupid her family is SO Different they have 4 kids they home school all of them the go 2 church 2 x a week somethimes more, and they cant hav any food like candy,weat,and dairy and there not even allergic 2 them! Am i not understanding or is my friend just differnet?
