If its medicine that a doctor prescribed to you, call his office and tell him its not working and he will probably call you in something else. If its medicine that you purchased over the counter, then you may want to try a different one or go see a doctor. Depending on the stomach problems that you are taking the medicine for, you could have something more serious that only a doctor can diagnose.

If you are in alot of pain then it could be anything (appendicitis) you should go get checked out because it could be bad!
