What are the best earplugs for a person with small eardrums?

I've tried a lot of earplugs, and most of them hurt my ears when I try to sleep with them in my ears because they're too big. They either fall out of my ear at night, or I wake up with an earache. Please help because I'm tired of hearing snoring every night

Your "eardrums" are not small. Rather, your ear canals are small, or at least not used to ear plugs.

The squshy expanding foam ones work for 99% of the people who use them. Beyond that, there is always wax.

Most of the airlines use the throw away foam type. You more than likely can get them at a sports store that sells rifles, and ammunition. I cut the end of a filtered cigaqrette one time and had go to the ER. Dr. said in is thirty years of practice he had never taken a ciragette out of an ear.
