Cod liver oil (which comes in capsules, so you don't have to taste it) is good, from what I've read on the internet, for promoting improved lung function.

Your body will take time and repair itself. Along the way you can help it by eating well, taking vitamins, getting exercise and all that stuff. It takes over a year for your lungs to clean up, and your chance of lung cancer will drop but will never be as low as someone who has never smoked. Best of luck and stay off the cigs, give your body a break.

I've heard that after quitting, your body naturally repairs itself by itself almost to the point as if you had never smoked. But it wouldn't hurt to talk to a nutritionalist about this or to take vitamins.

you cant repair them, they repair themselves after you quit. a healthy diet, regular exercise and getting enough sleep is a big step in the right direction though.

I highly doubt that there is. I wish there was one though, I know quite a few smokers who refuse to quit.
