I don't think so, are you overly tired maybe you should see a doctor, or maybe you are just tired and you need your rest, are you still on the younger side where you may be going through a growth spurt where you need sleep,

The amount of sleep for people can vary widely. I had a nursing professor who said she got between 3 and 5 hours sleep each night. More sleep than that and she was useless, but when she was asleep you could "move her house" and she'd never know it. The younger you are the more sleep you need and the opposite is true the older you get--as a rule of thumb.

Should you get more than 10 hours sleep?.....I doubt it. Might want to check with your health provider. It could be a simple sleep disorder like sleep apnea.

I think that everyone is different, however i think that everyone needs at least eight hours of sleep, if not more. I f your body requires 10 hours or more to function then by all means make sure you get your 10 hours of rest. You have to do what's best for you.

Your body needs sleep. Try to get at least 8 hours a day. More is good, too, and won't hurt you. Just don't sleep all the time. Make sure you get out and exercise and eat right. Sleeping, exercise, and eating all contribute to good health.

You should sleep when your tired, but too much sleep can cause the body to be fatigued. 8 hours of sleep is fine but if you need 10 that's good too.

Isn't 'bout the quantity of hours u had, but it's about the quality of sleep..It doesn't matter how long have u been sleep, but when u aren't get it well, i think that's as poor as u take 10 hours for sleep.

Sleep when you are tired. 10 hours sounds like more than enough to me.
