each Emergen-C packet contains 1000 mg of vitamin c. The recommended dosage listed on the box is 2-4 packets daily. My question is: is 2000-4000mg of Vitamin too much? I seem to recall hearing something about getting Vitamin c poisoning from ingesting too much.

This is really gross but I need to know if I should go to the DR. When I have a BM, there is a lot, I mean a lot of blood in the toilet. sprayed on the sides and then when I wipe it is in globs on the tp. the other day i had a really bad stomache ache like i couldn't walk or anything. if felt like a knot that was getting tighter just under my right rib cage. then for the [ast two days i have been really nauseated. WHat should I do?

I see all this stuff on the news about how horrible the sun is for your skin...but is it really so? I always thought the sun was good for your skin. I love to surf, go to the beach on weekends and am in the sun in a bathing suit pretty much all day, so I'm starting to worry

My mother has been storing my twin size matteress/bed at her house where she smokes. I am moving and want to bring the bed and matress to my new house for my 4 year old but I do not want him to have to smell the smoke. Does anyone have any good ideas or tricks on how to remove that smell?

It has been in the house since I was in High School so maybe around 10 years. I know I might just have to go buy a new one but thought if anyone had any good suggustions first it could save me a few hundred dollars as I have a new baby on the way also.

I am at older than 18, but I'm still at home with my 'rents. I know that her insurance coversthase over 18 if you are a full time student and leaving at home untill the age 25.
But, my thing is that I have been away for a year (on an internship), but I'm back home now, and I will be going full time to college in the "off season" spring and summer, and part-time when most are full time, Fall and Winter.
Thanks for your time and all answers would be greatly appretiated.
