Speaking from experience, a lot! However, if you have a 6 pack and not much else to speak of, it's far less impressive. One thing that guys just DON'T get, is that we like to see a guy with some tight thigh muscles. Every girl I've ever said that to agreed with me. Squats give great thighs! Oh, and don't think sit-ups will do the ab deal. They mostly overwork the hip flexor muscles and don't hit the abs very well at all. Doing traditional ab work on a blow-up ball works them much harder.

It depends. Some girls like the fit athletic guy that always wants to show off his body to girls. Some other girls don't care much, because they would rather like you for you without being really fit. It really depends on the girl as well because if a girl wants you to have a six pack, this will encourage you to work out more to look better.

is not THAAAAAAT impressing, I mean, is not like is the first time we are seeing one. I wouldn't complain if my boyfriend would have them, but if he doesn't it's ok too.
So, if you want to attract shallow girls, then work on your 6 pack and walk around half naked.
And if you were talking about a beer 6 pack.....hm......not impressing at all :D

Not that much...girls are really insecure, so if they think other girls think a guy is really hot then they often just leave that guy be. That's why I think guys underrate themselves and should recoginse that the shy girl is way better than the popular girl... girls already know this...the smart ones do anyway. Best wishes

Depends to what extend his outer appearance matches the inner one. One who is haughty would not impress many girls (or at least the worthy ones), even if he had a 10 pack...

It depends on the girl. If they're shallow and only care about how your body looks, but you're dumber than a box of rocks, then it matters. BUT if they have morals, and a brain, like 80% of us who are overlooked because we also have imperfections then it doesn't matter. What matters is what you're about, not how many ripples you have in your stomach.
