No, and its just this type of attitude that nutraceutical companies are hoping you'll have. There is no "easy" fix. There are no pills or electrical bands or anything short of gastric bypass surgery that is going to help you lose fat quickly. Think of how long it took you to put ON the weight. The only thing that will permanently and healthily reduce your body weight and body fat % composition is a positive lifestyle change with strict diet and exercise.
Probably not what you wanted to hear but it just takes small steps.
Check our www.smallsteps.gov for good ways to make positive lifestyle changes besides just diet and exercise.

Its really hard to loose weight doing no exercise. You are excercising now but there is no wya your going to just get weight off by doing nothing extra. You are taking in calories and fat and not burning it. You need to do cardio to loose weight the healthy way. I wouldn't suggest a treadmill, unless its all you have. They are nice and work well but you can loose more weight on an elliptical machine. I walked on the treadmill and I thought it did a good job, until i used an elipitical machine. Also when eating carbs make sure stuff is wheat and eliminate pop! That is where a lot of weight comes in. I did an experiment in my lifelong wellness class. It showed how bad pop is for you and what it does to your stomach. We had to wrap a balloon around a bottle top and shake it. It made the balloon expand and expand...thats what it does to your stomach. Drink water or juices.

Fatty coconut milk: Believe it or not, it contains good fats that are important for keeping your metabolism ticking. One meal, like a delicious Thai green curry, can in fact increase your metabolism by 5 %, says research published in the International Journal of Obesity.

People who plan their weekly meals are more successful at losing weight than individuals who don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as fairly sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean proteins, buy all the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.
