It would depend on your site. The ramp would have to have at least a 1:12 slope (i.e., only one foot of rise for every 12 feet of ramp, and if I remember right, a trailer door is at least 3 feet in the air, so you'd need a 36' ramp, if that's the case. You can turn it, but you'd have to have a landing at each turn, just like a staircase does.
