It is not for any particular reason, I just feel crappy. I know I am not always a nice person, I don't want to be this way but it just seems to happen. What can i do to cheer myself up? I was thinking a day at the spa. I need some answers:))

i was in a plane with my sister, i think we were coming in on a landing. for four seconds in my dream, i had an out of body view of the plane loosing control, the flaps overextending and flipping the plane over, causing it to loose momentum and fall to the ground. After i saw this, i immediately was back in my body, sitting with my sister, telling her i loved her and everything would be ok. all of a sudden i saw that we had parachutes on. i buckled myself into the parachute and looked at my sister. this is when i woke up. i havent had a nightmare in nearly 15 years, i have never woken up scared...but i felt everything, every emotion, every thought, every shake of the plane....i felt the plane loose control and fall, and i unfortunately remember the feeling of knowing that i will ultimately die in seconds... the feeling of having to come to terms with death in seconds, i can never forget that. i truly felt like i had to make my peace with god in seconds...what does this mean?

Recently, after years of struggling with focus, finishing things I started, concentration, and more recently, irritability -- my doctor suggested that I try taking Adderal and see if it helps.

Well, my lord, there is an amazing change! I'm still me, but I can focus. I can organize. I get things done. I still have the same go-go-go drive I had before, but I have direction. Thirty six years old, and NOW I come across this stuff?

I had always rolled my eyes at the idea of ADHD. My thought was that every kid is hyper. I was hyper, and did fine. Not great in school, but very successful in my adult life. I have to say though, this stuff is a miracle drug. What a difference!

I'm a 15 year old who takes all upper level classes. Everyone tells me I put too much stress on myself and that I need to relax a bit because otherwise I'm going to hurt myself mentally.
Just wondering, exactly what would I do to myself? How would I get hurt mentally?

like bi polar? because right now i feel really bad about myself....and my confidence, wat very little i have is at an all time low, i worry that my,racing thoughts, high anxiety panic which makes me not want to go out, my inner anger outbursts, my mood swings, doesnt take much to make me feel low might not be abled to be overcome?, i use these forums and people always say, it sounds like u got bi polar, and it makes me feel so down, and i feel mentally crippled, by these symptoms which ive had since 15. now im 29. for example i no i just couldnt go out into society and get employment, thats why i feel mentally crippled. my cpn comes to visit friday, and im wondering what to say so i can get the right help....

To paint you a picture, I am 21 (Female) and live with my boyfriend in an apartment in London. He owns and operates several companies with his fathe and we live very nicely. We have a huge family and lots of friends. I have in the last few months being seeing some odd things in my boyfriend that seem to have come out of the blue. I will list them.

He has a phobia of tissues and if there is one on our table in restaurant he will get someone to take it away. Also at home.

I have seen him lock our door and then unlock and lock it again is if counting the times he does it. He has to touch things a certain amount of time and seems to get annoyed with himself when doing it.

Making sure our fridge door is shut all the time by pushing it.

I have also discovered soap in a case in a jacket pocket and packets of wipes.

It seems he is on edge all the time and looking round the room all the time.

There are lots of other things. When I mention it he just dismisses it as nothing.

I'm confused about these different formulations of Wellbutrin. Several years ago, Wellburin SR/150mg was prescribed for me; and I bought it (through my insurance) at the price of a generic ($5 copay). Now a friend of mine has a script for SR -- and it seems that there is no generic product available. Anybody know the answer here; as well as the difference between SR and XL

...getting severely anxious/depressed when seeing attractive young females?

I asked this a day or so ago and left out details... oops. So I'm trying again.

I am a male, despite my avatar. My age is in the mid-30s.

I haven't had a date in at least 4 years, or any intimate contact with a female in around 8 years.

I would be moderately attractive if I was of average weight, but unfortunately I'm overweight, thus I'm very unattractive, though not ugly (I consider myself a 3 on the 1-10 scale).

Also... I recently (6 days ago) moved from a small town where I got my M.S. degree (in math) this May to a larger town with a very large university to start work on my Ph.D. degree (also in math). This university is over 60% female, and the girls here are much more attractive (beautiful) than anywhere else I have lived. Thus I'm noticing my anxiety/depression much more often than I ever have, and I know it will get worse when classes start.

The guy I dated in high school just committed suicide in a garage w/ a running car. His Grandma who raised him (his parents died in a wreck when he was 12) told me that he killed himself due to the stigma of what happenned to him in college. He had a mental breakdown & was hospitalized for 3 days. In his suicide note, aside from his gratefulness to his Grandma, he spoke how noone would give him a chance once they found out his dirty secret. Girls who liked him & he dated for 6 months; the minute they found out he had a mental breakdown in college fr bipolar 9 yrs ago, they would abandon him & talk about him & his dirty secret w/ their friends. He tried telling people in the beginning & they wouldnt even go on a second date w/ him. And this was the nicest guy I ever met. No outbursts, no mean bone in his body. He said why should he be alive if people treat him as a stigmatized guy to be shamed & disgraced. After reading the net & Yahoo Answers w/ filthy spew fr evil it doesnt suprise me

A school counsellor has already written and said that I am a danger to myself and others, but I told my GP to dismiss this! Any sensible advice would be greatful.
