A day at the spa sounds great. Here is my recipe for heaven at home when I feel crappy.
1. fill tub with water
2. add my favorite bubbles
3. light scented candles
4. Buy Strawberries and my favorite chocolate
5. Melt a piece of the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave
6. Put my favorite relaxing cd in my stereo
7. Lay in my tub and eat my chocolate covered strawberries
Why do you need to try my recipe for heaven at home? because you deserve it, plus its cheaper than a spa.

a day at the spa is always a good choice, but... if you're not feeling good about yourself mentally... then think about making a list. a list of the things you can do, the things you have done, and the things you want to do. it will make you realize that you're a much better person than you are giving yourself credit for at the moment. it'll make you realize what you've learned in life and it will help you to realize that you have goals. feel better.
P.S. we all have days when we are not particularly nice. let it go.

Get with a friend and just sound off. Then go to the spa. I just go for a long walk and sound off to myself to get stress out of my system. Feels pretty good!

I feel the same way and often in the morning. I think shopping is a good way to beat the blues, unfortunatly I'm broke so I just wait for it to pass, usually in a few hours.

go to the beach. or sing and dance in the privacy of your own home, lol that always cheers me up. or just go and hang out with a good close friend, that way if ya need to talk about anything to anyone you can! I get that way ALL the time, and it is really annoying!!!!

You might be Bi-Polar or PMS ing. If you find this common, you might want to go to the Dr. because it'll only get worse. But for now, think about the positives. At least your family didnt all just die from living in Iraq~

there must be some reason behind your changed mood. you should find it out first and try to change mood by solving that problem / situation.
going to spa will not help if the reason for your feelings is different.
