Hey I'm a 23 year old guy, while not being the healthiest guy ever (don't exercise reguarly and smoke about 4 a day) I am not overweight or anything. 2 days ago I woke up with a pain where my heart is. The pain slowly deteriated but is still slightly noticeable when I am in certain positions. It felt like a pulled muscle. Is it possible this is the case? Or is it something more serious?

Men, would it bother you if a girl was attractive, yet she had big arms? The thing is that I losed 45 lbs hoping that I would also lose weight in my arms. They are of course smaller after losing 45 lbs, but they still look unproportional. Weight lifting doesn't do anything. It makes it bigger and the fat doesn't go away. Do stretchmarks on a girls body also bother you? Don't be mean, but honest. Would it really matter to you?

before i start there is nothing wrong with it but if i ever needed to go to the doctors about it i think like other men i would not go because im scared it might embarrise me infront of the doc, by enlarging.

There is this woman in her 40's and she wanted to have a child to keep her company in her old age, and of course child support til child is 18. Her brother said that men can be raped, not physically but by a drug (not sure which one) that can be given in a drink, and then the girl has sex with him, and gets pregnant, even though guy didn't want a child. Is this true? And if so, can this be proven in a court of law? It's been 5 years since child was born. Why would her brother say this to me after all this time. So was this guy raped?

When he still had his foreskin,a year ago, his penis would point almost straight upward when hard, almost touching his belly when standing.. Now after the foreskin has been trimmed off,(circumcised) it only points like straight out when hard. I mean it still gets hard and all it just doesn't stand up as high like it used to.
Also it looks like it is stretched tight and I can see the brown scar line around it where the foreskin was attached about mid way on the shaft. He says it doesn't bother him and I have to admit I do like it better.
Is the circumcision the cause of this or some other reason why penis just points out instead of up. It didn't used to be this way.

My fiance & I have been together 2 years in April & have been engaged since Nov 24th of this year. Several months ago, I noticed he was having issues with his sexual performance (he is 40 and I an 36). He would blame it on stress or the vitamins he was taking. He went to the Dr for a physical & came home & told me the Dr said it too was the stress in his life, that he would be fine. A few days after that I found the prescription for viagra in his bag. I figured rather than being rude, I would let him tell me so on several occasions I made mention of the great improvement in the bedroom and asked him if the Dr gave him a miracle pill, he said no. There were many other times I gave him the perfect opportunity to tell me about the pills, but he keeps with the lie. When I found the pills, I immediately thought he was not attracted to me any longer & needed a pill in order to be with me, but everyone says it is not my fault or problem. I just dont see why he wont tell me about it.

Hi all, I visited the doctor about 4 days ago with possible phimosis, he gave me cream to help stretch and losen the skin and told me to use it for 2 weeks. Its worked quite well so far but now I'm convinced it isn't phimosis but frenulum breve.

I am travelling for around a year and I leave the UK mid Feb. So do you think I should carry on using the cream on the skin and the frenulum to see if that works for another week and a half or maybe go back to the docs asking about getting a frenuloplasty, I'm just a bit worried about the limited timescale I have and all the waiting for appointments etc.

I have this thing that developes on my back right before the soulder blade ,it gets big like a pimple, but then gets really big and when I finally can pop it, this gross stinking stuff comes out in gops .
