There is this woman in her 40's and she wanted to have a child to keep her company in her old age, and of course child support til child is 18. Her brother said that men can be raped, not physically but by a drug (not sure which one) that can be given in a drink, and then the girl has sex with him, and gets pregnant, even though guy didn't want a child. Is this true? And if so, can this be proven in a court of law? It's been 5 years since child was born. Why would her brother say this to me after all this time. So was this guy raped?

Most definately guys can be raped. Rape is unwanted sexual practice. This can happen between either gender in any combination. The drug you are referring to is commonly known as a roofie (general term for rohypnol or any other date rape drug). This makes the victim black out events of the night and basically pass out. During this time the body has no control over what goes on. You can sleep with someone and not even know it. Men can be raped physically by a man OR a woman. You don't need to be penetrated to be violated.

Yes it is possible, just like with women any sex that is not consentual is rape. But with it being so long ago it would be very hard to prove. Usually they would test for the drug in the persons system to prove it had been given to them. My advice would be for this person to consult an attorney and find out if there is anyway to prove it. And technically if the woman does not allow the man to spend time with the child he does not have to pay child support unless it is court ordered. Or if he doesn't want anything to do with the child he could relinquish all rights and will have nothing to do including the support of the child.

yes. every person knows that a man can get an erection looking at a pot hole..... they are just as capable of such a violent crime. Most times you never hear of it b/c of the stigma attached. More people need to take a stand against sex crimes and talk about them to break down the stigmas. You have to ask yourself "can a women be raped by being given the date rape drug "rohipnol"? yes. so why couldn't a man? if a person is incapacitated in any way, the other person has no right to pursue that act.

could have been. wants to speak up now and has been 5yrs. too late i think. this has been more common with women being raped with this drug that i've known of. when i at first read your question i thought about prison, when young men/boys get raped in prison the first time in there.

Depends on the State/county/parish.
Some area's define rape as unwanted penetration. If it happened
in one of those areas a man can't even file a complaint.

its hard for women to rape men, only because when your too intoxicated from pills and such. the bodies nerves are blocked preventing any blood from rushing to the member when needed.

I heard about a dentist who drug his male friend after they went drinking than raped or sodomize them.The victims didn't know until they went in for a medical examination.The doctors noticed a tear in the victim anus.Don't get drunk and watch your drink, **** can happen.

Yeah its possibleYou can tie the male and have sex against his wish. he will be aroused anyway and you can force the penetration into yourself. it would be again a crime in the court of law if proven, although I am not sure how it can be proven.

Getting a guy drunk and then having sex with him could be considered rape. Also wacking him off, saving the sperm in a tissue, then inserting it into herself could also be considered rape.
