ive tried rolling them up and smoking them but they taste like plastic

i used them and they didnt work for me, but i didnt try tio smoke them. instead i tried smoking while using them. my doctor made me stop them saying i could have a heart attack. so i am smoking again. i have been for over fourty years so i guess ill never give it up. better luck to you my friend. keep trying.merry christmas

No, you're supposed to stick them on and let them suck the nicotine out of you. Try sticking one on each a s s cheek.

Very good bet it wasnt so nice tho eh.have you treid the tablets you get from the doctors they are supposed to be quite effective

I used mine to tape the cig box back up.
was fun unwrapping it again and stopped me having one extra I guess.

LOL!!! I had quit 15 years ago, but recently, due to lots of stress in my life, picked it right back up. "Patches" were suggested, but now, thanks to you, I know not to bother!!!
