Tell him how much your love him and that this is probably the most unselfish thing he could do for the two of you
One word of caution - and I am not sure the Doctor mentioned this but to be totally sure - have his give a sample of his semen in about two weeks and have it looked at for any of his critters that might still be around
The LAST thing you want to do is get preg thinking he is safe. After a negative test - then all the two of you have to do is HAVE FUN
I congratulate him on being a responsible male

The best thing to do is to give him support and make him feel as comfortable as possible. One of the most important things here is that he keep his "nuts on ice" continuously. The swelling and soreness will go away faster if he keeps the "nuts on ice". Provide him the ice when he needs it so that he doesn't have to get up so much. Thats a great help right there. Good luck.
Sorry for the "nuts on ice" thing. Thats what I say everytime I refer to my own experience with the Vasectomy issue.

Put an ice pack on it. Might not cheer him up but it will help the soreness

The previous answers were all OK. Just make sure that you wait till the lines have been cleared of swimmers before you ride bareback. I have two female cousins who did not, ooops, one more rugrat for each.

He will feel much better in about 3 days. When he feels perky again, give him the greatest oral sex session he's ever experienced. One thing you could do to even make that better.......Swallow. Even if you've never done that before, do it that time and act like you loved it.

of course hes sore.just be there for him and assure him that you still love him.he is probably thinking that he wont be able to perform again and thats not true.he will be able to do everything he use to do(as soon as he heals)all he wont be able to do is make babies.tell him to cheer up and as soon as he heals he will be just fine.good luck to you and your husband.god bless you and yours and you all have a merry christmas and happy new year.

I just wonder how old are you.
I got mine when I was 32, and divorced just a few years later.
I regretted that move. I'm too old now but I just wish ?
