basically my penis doesnt seem to get fully erect from the times before it did, like it was btn 6 and 7, now its like a 5.5 and a 6 and it doesnt want to go further i can still *** but i love being fully erect, and might bc i am in alot of stress bc college almost over and i recently broke with my gf, i am very wide, i guess i am asking 3 qus: does it matter to women that i dont get fully hard?
does size matter or since i am wide thay would prefer me?
and how can i get fully erect again?

I'm 18 and I've never been able to masturbate. I can get an erection very easily but after that nothing happens no matter how much I try. Although during the night I'll get "wet" dreams. In my earlier question, i told that i had one testis and i was suggested to go to a doctor. I live in Atlanta, USA. Can anybody tell me what kind of a doctor should i visit? Does the regular physician has the ability to solve my problem or should i visit a specialist? If yes, which?
