unless your hair(on your legs) weighs over a kilo, it might slow you down, but apart from causing minor friction when running, i dont see any reason why it will slow you down...

i havent heard of any athletes running slower and then blaming it on the hair on their legs...

Swim, possibly running... MIGHT make you a TINY bit more aerodynamic lol

the only thing it may do is reduce the drag from air resistance, which may make a *minimal* difference on speed.

I don't know ..why don't you time yourself running and then shave your legs and time yourself agian..HA!
