dont buy them anymore, look up pictures of smokers lungs, and people dieing in bed of lung cancer ,,the best thing to do is quit cold turkey, and fill in the pattern of smoking with something healthy, or will pull you mind in a another direction, you were not born with a ciggerette in you hand ,so you body doesnt need it,, remember that,, good luck....

you need to set a date. change you daily habits. like if you smoked when you drive eat a lollie pop instead. but to curve the cravings get the patch it works great. also stay away from people who smoke for awhile, or ask them not to smoke around you. also find something to do with your hands when you get a craving, like do dishes or work a word puzzle. anything to keep your hands busy and mind off it, best of luck to you i hope this helps as iv been there done that. and these are the things that helped me. One big important thing put all ashtrays away out of site and have no cigarettes or cig, butts around as it will want you to have one. so when you do this empty all astrays wash them and take out trash and hide ashtrays!

throw out all ciggs, lighters, and ash trays. keep busy and chew gun if you cna go the first week with out smoking then it will be easy the first week for me was the hardest. set a day for you to quit me i set mine for a monday and made sure i showered and brushed teeth and threw everything out assoctiated with smoking. and while you are waiting for your day to quit when you smoke a cigg think this is gross it tastes bad, look at the ash tray and think how gross it smells and how nasty it looks, think about how you dont want your kids to watch you die of cancer just kind of sike your self it to quiting. and then when your day comes to quit change your routine for a while if you usually smoke playing the computer stay off the computer, if you usually smoke and read the paper at the table get your paper and read it in bed, avoid your favorite smoke spot. lol i love my pc and stayed off of it for 2 wks cause that was my smoke spot. thats where i would keep my ciggs lighter and ash tray. well it worked for me hope i gave you some good tips to try.

simply smoke as much as possible in a day even for the last amount of paise in your hand. the next day u wont like that habbit.
This may make u laugh but effective one.
Also in this world nothing is adictable one only we are thinking that we have adicted to lover, smoking,drinks ,etc...
Just change your mindsetness and do your best....

I have known more than one person who smoked for years, and quit after 1 session of hypnosis.

It need some realisation. More than enforcement by force, sensitisation of people may help more. More worry is passive smoking is more dangerous than smoking itself.

Ahem... Look at smoking videos... visit stupid.ca... er... do an experiment... buy a pig lung... and like make it breath in smoke... and it will turn black.. tar build up... and holes... eww thats convincing enough!
