im 16 year old male and like 6 months ago, ive been getting these little tiny hard white bumps on my balls. sometimes they itch. almost each one of these bumps are where a hair grows. what are they, and is it something to be worried about?

They are normal sebaceous (oil) glands. All guys have them, and they are more noticeable if you have oily or olive skin.
Sebaceous glands are usually associated with a hair follicle. which is why you have a hair gowing out of most of them.

Are they little pimples? Around the age of 16 people often just get pimples down there because it's an oily part of the body. make sure you wash them well and also dry yourself well.
A good idea is also to wear cotton boxer shorts instead of briefs, that way they don't sweat as much.

wear underwear everyother day and let some air down there. Also its sounds like ingrown hairs. Do you shave down there? Plus it can be you sweating and getting heat rash or some rash.

You need to let some air get to them , hang them out the window while your driving around town
