if so, how can i get it off and when most people masterbate and wash there hands is it safe for me to shake their hand witout getting semen on me?

you should probably be more worried about whether they just coughed or sneezed into their hand.
cold & flu germs can outlive **** germs.
I try not to shake hands in the winter if i can help it.

It is not on your hands after you wash with soap and water. Besides, you are obsessing about a non-issue. Sperm won't hurt you. Now, you don't want to shake hands with someone who is still wet from water or whatever. After his hands dry then he is okay, too.

dont worry its wash out with water.........if there is some micro sperm that will be not alive outside human body.............chill out..........
