because of the physical effort being put forth it could be considdered work . unpaid or not a jobs a job

yes, it can be considered non profit work. Thus he or she can declare you a charity event. So next time april the 15th comes around, go to her house with a 1040 tax return and say your tax account said its that time of year again.

well for the one getting off yes but not for the one doing it i guess you could hire someone to do hand jobs then you could call it that
