As far as guys semen being held in and it harming us. No.
IF a guy looks at stuff and allways has sex on his mind and never dose anything, then yeah, he will most likely get blue balls, but if he stays pure, not looking at porn or gawking girls or anything like that or masturbates then no. Wet dreams are a bodies natural way of releasing semen buildup and sexual tension. Gods natural release valve on guys sex drive.
All this masturbation hype is crap.

So, I actually just heard something about this the other night on a call-in radio show. They said holding it in can cause the semen to go back into the bladder and cause infections.

It is called in our language "masakit sa puson" or like having a dysmenorhea or something. Really makes me laugh. What I can say is it is quite uncomfortable to hold up ones ejaculation when it is coming. But there is no physical harm done.

In my experience NO. It is feel very great relief if u allow to ejaculate after hold it back a few time.

Yes, it can... Short term effects may be minimal, but in the long run can cause serious medical and health troubles. It is NOT suggested to do at all!

If he just holds it in for a few minuts it's no poblem, if he holds it in for say, 2 days, it could cause health problems, but what guy can avoid masturbating for that long.
