Like many STI's, chlamydia can be asymptomatic.
Quoting from Planned Parenthood's site:
"Chlamydia (klah MIH dee ah) is the most common and most invisible sexually transmitted bacterial infection in the United States. Its full name is chlamydia trachomatis (trah-ko-MAH-tis). It is a kind of bacteria that can infect the penis, vagina, cervix, anus, urethra, eye, or throat...
Usually, there are no symptoms. Seventy-five percent of women and 50 percent of men with chlamydia have no symptoms. Most people are not aware that they have the infection."

Yessssssssss! There are no signs or symptoms it is a silent destroyer. The reason I know this is because I had it once and did not know I had it until I went for a check up . The reason for the check up was because I was pregnant. For men it makes them sterile. So please take care of your self and use a condom. Just because people may seen to be clean on the outside you never know what is going in the inside.

Yes, Men and women can have chlamydia for several years without knowing it. Women tend to have more symptoms than men. Most men don't know they have it until a partner informs them they are at risk. Good health.

Yes. There can be warning signs in a guy like penis discharge,
peeing discomfort, swollen balls, etc. but you might have Chlymydia and not do it. Take yourself soon to the clinic and get it checked out. Best wishes, Nick

The majority of men do NOT have symptoms. That is one reason it gets passed around so easily.

For a male, no. For a female, yes. A female can harbor the disease and not display symptoms.
