^^ [ its the generic acetaminophen/codeine/elixir] whatever that means.
I am to take 3 tsp. every 4-6 hours according to how much pain I am in. Today I had forgotten exactly when I had taken my meds. I figured it had to of been between 6-10 pm, but at about 1am I didn't remember that I had already taken until my second tsp. My mother is sleeping and I didn;t feel it was really needed to wake her up because I myself don't feel that it's a big problem. On the other hand, I have very bad anxiety and I tend to overwork myself when its not neccessary, but I was just curious. Is it possible to overdose on that much? I'm 16 years old, and quite impatient. Haha Any help would be greatly appreciated. [=

with percocet to take ever 4 hours and flexeral for pain also, I stoped taking the meds about 2 days ago I have just been taking advil if I have any pain but I am getting horrable pain in my head my skin hurts and I tremble all over with chills I dont know if its maybe a flu or could I be having withdrawals from the pain meds I have never been on anything that strong before, right now I have a fever of 103.2 please any help would be great, should I go to the hospital or scould I just wait it out?

15 yrs of these things and they r driving me crazy! I've seen a lot of doctors and tried a lot of different meds. I am in the cycle now...83 days or so. I go to the hospital to get temporary relief, not without a lot of hassle tho. Are they really giving me relief or by the time I leave there is my peak over? Who knows? I've lost employment more then once due to these things. They knock me off my feet for a couple of hours, a couple times a day, 7 days a week, for about 3 months at a time, that's a lot of life lost. I can't function and my quality of life sucks. Does anyone know the answers or how to cope?

I was practicing my smile wednesday, and my right cheek felt sore the next day, the part that tingles when you eat something sour. This morning (friday) , my cheek muscle and partial neck muscle near my throat glands were swollen. I've taken tylenol and put ice on it, but it's still swollen. The tylenol relieves the pain, but i have to keep taking it. Will the swelling stop? Could this be serious? I don't want to see a doctor if this is minor.

When I started therapy It hurt when I would bend backwards. Now it hurts when I bend forward or try to bend over to do anything. He said that there is nothing he could do. The pain should have went away. I have mild scoliosis, facet syndrome, and my neck vertebra is straight instead of curved. Today I have found lumps on my back near my spine. Any suggestions?

I must have injured my back a while ago (about 6 monthsago) but really didn't notice but for about 2 1/2 months now it has been really hurting. I Must have hurt it at work because it never hurt before I started working there. But I went to the work comp doctor. But if anybody can tell me how I can get rid of my back problems It would really help.

My right knee hurts all the time! I think it's arthritis (that's what my doctor said it probably was). It hurts a lot when I'm walking. I haven't found a pain reliever that works yet. I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do for it. I can't go to the doctor because we don't have any insurance, and I don't know if there's a free clinic in this area. And I have Phy-Ed everyday, and I can't get out of that without a doctor's note. What can I do?

I have taken 800mg Ibuprofen and that doesnt do anything for me.
I have also taken Lortab 5mg/500mg and that helped a little but not for very long and now i am on ultram 50mg and it doesnt not a thing for me. my docotor is not thrilled at prescribing narcotics and i dont blame her but i cant feel like this anymore it really sux any suggestions?

I was in a car wreck a year and about 6 months ago. I went to the doctor and he told me that I had nerve damage in my left leg and it cannot be treated. My mother and my whole family told me the same thing. I have a lot of trouble walking, I'm always in pain, my leg always goes into the right on its own, its not straight and my hip is always hurting. I would just like to know if my leg will be paralyzed from nerve damage. Thank you!

i am obese & need back surgery..L5 S1 damage with piched nerves..pain is chronic, severe going down L leg..no meds r helping, very depressed w no hope of recovery..somebody give me hope...cant fit on operating table, barely get out of bed to go to bathroom..i need somebody to help me, this is not a life...help me please, i am also diabetic

I'm currently taking motrin for pain in my hip. Might have to take it for a while. I try to take the lowest dosage..but I'm a little concerned about possible long term problems from the drug.. Anyone else taking it, if so, for how long?

I considered these as 'doctor' type visits and haven't been tipping, but I think I saw another client give her a tip and now I wonder if I'm being a cheapskate. I have to pay out of pocket already for these visits, my insurance does not cover it.

My husband has what we think is TMJ. He has horrific pain off and on, mostly at night, loud popping when he eats, ect. His PCP didn't want to even talk about TMJ but gave him some none narcotic pain meds for his headaches. We have an appointment with a dentist but it seems no one wants to have anything to do with this problem. That is, except for Myofacial Pain Specialist that cost a couple of thousand dollars that we don't have in our back pocket. The dentist said he can look at him and maybe make a brace for him but said it won't get better for months.

Any comments/advise?

Does nayone have any good remedies for this pain problem? I have had this problem for over a mont hnow and nothing seems to work. I have tried anit-inflammatories, ice, and other doctors advice but nothing is helping. I have even bought some expensive shoes and good inserts due to me standing for 9 hrs a day on my feet but nothing seems to be helping.

My 42 yr old husband has had shoulder blade pain for 2 days now and it is radiating to his front chest and he has trouble lifting his arm up and complains of having pain in his chest when he breathes deep. He is not sick in any way no cough, fever or anything of the sort. We have used pain relieving rub, heating pad and that stuff of home remedies and it isn't helping. Is this something to be concerned about and looked at?

my mom is getting really bad stomach pain, like cramps from under her ribs down. It started off a while ago but not as bad she says. It's nothing like gas or atleast doesnt feel like it.
