You need to get the emergency room. NOW. It could be a heart attack. Have you felt weak, or dizzy? Have you been sweating or had shortness of breath?
When I had a heart attack at the age of 28, I had no idea what it was. Make sure they do an EKG. It's easy and takes only a few seconds. They didn't do one on me because I was young, and I almost died.
I don't mean to scare you or cause panic, but you're better to be safe than sorry. Good Luck!

It could be a heart attack. Women often have signs that they don't realize are symptoms of a mild or stronger heart attack.
My advice would be to go to the ER immediately, If it is a pinched nerve, great. But otherwise, it's not worth the risk.

It can be cervical spondylitis (narrowing of intervertebral disc spaces), BUT you should rule out cardiac disease immediately.
Often stress and cold dry weather precipitates these symptoms.
Please report to a good ER, instead of sitting before this tube immediately.Your health is your wealth.

You proly pulled a muscle.
Some people complain of neck pain before a heart attack too.
I am not trying to scare you.
Did you pick something up that was heavy...maybe pulled something?

I had that awhile back and then it went away. I never knew. I have weird unexplained pains sometimes and then they just go away. If it doesn't go away, that's when to go see a doctor. I think mine was stress and tension of life.

You have a slipped disc in your neck and/or back. I have had it many times. Find a good chiropractor.
