If you have gallstones or an inflammed gall bladder, it can cause severe colicky pain in your right upper abdomen. It can make you dizzy, nauseated, constipated and drowsy. It also slows your breathing and causes you to breathe less deeply. Some of these problems usually abate after you have been taking it for awhile, but sometimes the dosage might need to be adjusted downward. It is also okay to increase the dosage slowly as you build a tolerance to it, but check with your doctor first. There is no maximum dosage. You shouldn't drive while taking it. It is probably the strongest painkiller there is, and it is habit forming. If your doctor prescribed it for you, you must really need it, because it's not prescribed casually. So I hope it helps you and God bless you.
