Compression, ice, and stretching.

If you can hold sustained compression on the muscle it can help it to relax. It may take a minute or two. Come out of the compression slowly and gently stretch the muscle for about 20 - 30 seconds.

Deep breathing will help calm the muscle down.

See a qualified massage therapist to address other issues or residual pain and issues.

She needs to take potasium supplements or eat a banana. Keep messaging her and give her lots of water.
