A few days ago a mosquito bite on my upper arm turned in to what seems to be a rash. It's quarter sized. It's red, bumpy, and quite itchy. I have no idea what it is or if its even serious. Will it go away on its own? Any help would be appreciated...I just wanna know if it's serious....and if it is...what I can do about it. Thanks guys!

I have been having trouble falling asleep for several months now. I get anxious before it's time to go to bed now and toss and turn almost ever night trying to get to sleep. I have tried melatonion and the sleepy time tea, even an all natural product I bought offline, nothing has helped me. I think all this is mostly in my head and I am keeping myself up with worrying and trying to hard to fall asleep, it's like I can't turn my brain off tho! Also, when I do start to fall a sleep my whole body jerks and I wake back up! Can anyone give me some advice on how to get to sleep or products that have worked to get you to sleep?

First off, I am 15, and pretty healthy. I am involved in sports, and eat pretty health, but I am always tired all the time. I sleep most of the time that I am at home. When I am not out, I am probably at home sleeping. My routine throughout the school year was to wake up around 5:25- 5:35 and go to school. As soon as I get out of school at 2:30, I'd come home and sleep till about 5:00-7:00 pm. And stay up till about 11:15 pm. Then i'd go back to sleep, and the routine repeats. I literally have to force myself to get out of bed, and to wake up. It takes all my willpower to do so. I don't understand what could be making me so tired all the time. Im not on any medication, im not depressed or anything. Please respond, and try to explain why this is happening.

I'm a convicted Q-Tipper. My R ear is completely deaf right now. I can't hear a thing. I know that this is caused by a wax plug because it's happened 2x before. I don't want to go to the ENT. What's the best way to fix this? It's DRIVING ME NUTS!

I was lying in bed, half awake, half asleep when I swear I felt someone sit down on my bed behind my back and it really freaked me out! Does this mean something or was my mind playing tricks on me? If someone has felt this before, did anything happen afterwards? I am not a person who believes in the supernatural but it really freaked me out and got my heart racing! All serious answers appreciated!

I was trying to read and I noticed I could only see half the page! I have to move my eyes over far to see the rest, and even then, some of the words aren't there at the end unless I look way past them. There is this constantly moving blurriness in half of my right eye. Even if I close my eye, I can see this blurriness shimmering. This has been going on for about 45 minutes now, since I woke up. I feel a little dizzy. If this doesn't stop, should I be worried? Should I go to the eye doctor? What's going on?

Over past few months I have this very localized bone pain in lower to mid femur. Its only in one spot and the pain really doesn't radiate from it. However, when I press it, it is extremely painful. Also I notice it when I bump it into things the right way, it hurts extremely bad. I don't remember receiving any trauma there. I tend to notice it more at night it seems like. I also don't remember any big bruise or anything there. The pain is deep, and localized. Pressing on it is when I really feel the pain. You can tell its down at the bone also. Any ideas? I am 17 btw. It seems its a common age for certain types of bone cancer. Does it sound like it could be that? I am going to doctor this week.

I haven't smoked in two days but starting to get the cravings. I'm not even sure if I want to quit permanently. Maybe I just want to take a "break".

I come from Spain, the system is cool there.Everybody can go to the doctor when they need it, some few abuse, it's normal, but the people are generally healthier by that. I have seen that system all my life and now living here, its abusive, the doctors want more and more money, how much money they gain? an ambulance to a friend = $2,800. Health is not economy, don't play with human life. Well, don't say me "go back to Spain", i think i'll do soon but i'm here just for my boyfriend....

I have had lower back pain for at least 6 years and messed it up seriously about 4 times. The first time I screwed it up when I was dancing on a no carpet floor with no shoes very vigorously, the second time riding a bike up hills triggered it, the third time again dancing without shoes or socks, this latest time step aerobics (two risers).
When I really screw it up all I can do is lay on my back and rest take motrin and hope it gets better. My lower back is weak and I am very serious with my workouts. I hate to miss them but I know if I don't I will injure my back even more. Is there anything I can do to strengthen my lower back? My bed doesn't help unless I sleep on my side curled up so it doesn't put pressure on my lower back/lumbar. I tried sleeping with a pillow under my knees but I end up sleeping in another position because I don't sleep on my back.
