Sounds weird, but I used to take babys gas relief drops, since they're much more gentler. I had babies at the time and it worked sooo much better than adult versions. Also, I'd lay on my belly, on a heating pad and kinda, scoot forwards and backwards, while the meds worked thru. Or have someone rub your belly in a counterclockwise motion, or you can do it yourself. lol. if you havn't a heating pad, just microwave a towel. If no microwave, then turn the stove to 400, wait til it heats and turn it off and put a folded towel in for ten minutes or so.

Mix a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda into a 4 oz. glass of water. Mix it up really good so all of the soda is dissolved and drink it really fast because it tastes pretty bad. It works great for heartburn and gas. It works pretty quick too!

gas x usually works great. Read on the container and see if you can take another dose.
Could it be menstrual cramps or constipation?
Try a heating pad, a warm bath, and some Ibuprofen also.
